This project is a new build dwelling located within the Ripon Conservation Area.  The design is based upon the Passivhaus principles of focusing on the building orientation and envelope to reduce energy demands and maximise the solar gains.  The house is constructed in Timber SIPs with triple glazing, MVHR and Air-source heat pump.
